LICENSE TERMS FOR CONTENT YOU SUBMIT TO DOWNTOWN LITTLE LEAGUE

Thank you for being willing to share your photos, videos, or other media (the “Content”) with Downtown Little League (“DLL,” “Us,” or “We,” or in the possessive, “Our”)!

This page outlines the terms of the license you, the copyright owner (“You,” or in the possessive, “Your”), are granting to Us to use Your Content. By submitting Your Content to DLL—through social media, this website, by email, by text message, or otherwise—You acknowledge that You are licensing the Content to Us, subject to the terms outlined below.

Upon submitting Content to Us:

1. You grant to Us a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, reformat, publicly perform, distribute, display, prepare derivative works from, and exploit the Content (in whole or in part), and/or to incorporate it in other works, in any media now known or hereafter created.
2. You represent and warrant that You are the sole owner of all rights in the Content, including all copyrights, or that You have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant Us this license to the Content.  You also represent and warrant that no additional third-party permissions (including, without limitation, permissions by persons depicted in the Content) are required for our use of the Content as described above.
3. In exchange for granting these rights, You have received from Us good, valuable, and sufficient consideration, including Your desire to participate in Our digital properties as well as any credit that may be granted to You in Our sole and absolute discretion.

Other than the rights granted to Us herein, as between You and Us, You retain all rights in and to the Content.

This license agreement between You and Us does not replace or supersede any prior agreements or waivers, including but not limited to the “Photo Release” that registrants agree to upon registering player(s) for Downtown Little League.
