Downtown Little Leagues announces its Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) mandatory workshops for parents and coaches. The PCA is rooted in the theme "Honor the Game" and the trainers work with parents, coaches and players to build solid skills, character building techniques, teamwork tips and unity building and civility on the fields.
